AOKI JUN & LOUIS VUITTON Once again has their cooperation provided the world of architecture with an unique iconic design. The existing LV store in the Ginza district of Tokio has received a new quality skin. The facade has been designed as a perforated shell based on the brand's monogram and in reference to Art Deco design, which Ginza used to be famous for.
The new facade received its lacy motif thanks to the perforated sheets of aluminum fixed in two layers. The sheets have been coated with a pearlised fluropolymer paint known for its durability. Another elegant expression of impressed patterns is revealed at night, while the LED lights behind the reliefs lit the facade.

BRIGHT SPROUT lamp is made of oak wood, then it is soaped, oiled and smoked to gain a desired color effect. HAZEL LIGHT is an energy- saving, sustainable light point withs LED-technology (approx. Liftime 50 000 hrs). It provides a warm light imitating daylight by 90 percent. It's adjustable by a tiny lens, which offers total control over direction, it also has an in-built dimmer. COLLAR LAMP "unites simple Scandinavian design with Spanish elegance". It gives a diffuse, pleasant light. It is produced as an up-light or a wall light.

CLERKENWELL DESIGN WEEK 2014
JAGUAR & FOSCARINI This year's CDW, having taken place on 23rd-25th of May, was as usual rich in variety of the latest furniture collections, illumination designs and other design disciplines novelties. Having its 5th anniversary, it welcomed more visitors than ever before. Next to multiple expositions and installations, the visitors could attend lectures and workshops designated not only for professionals but also to the general public. In the evenings, atfer intense design tours, free snacks and beverages awaited design enthusiasts.
